Chicken & Beef Skewers
WITH CHICAGO STEAK SEASONING
INGREDIENTS:

Olive oil
-
1/2 cup of Soy sauce
-
4 tbl of Lemon juice
-
3 tbl of Red wine vinegar
-
1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
-
3 tbl of Honey
-
Chicken breast
-
Sirloin Steak
-
Fresh fruit/veggies – mushrooms, bell pepper, red onion, pineapple

RECIPE:

Cut 3 medium to large sized chicken breast and 3 sirloin steaks into cubed piece

In a mixing bowl whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and honey.

Allow the marinated meat to sit for at least a half an hour or longer

Rub 4 tbl of Chicago Steak Seasoning onto both sides of the sirloin steak, and 4 tbl of Carolina BBQ onto both sides of the chicken

Lightly Drizzle olive oil over the fresh veggies and top them off with a sprinkle of Southwest Select

Combine marinated meat and raw veggies onto metal or wooden skewers

Grill to your desired temp (8-9 min) or until the meat registers about 140 – 145 degrees for medium temperature.

Pull the skewers off the grill and onto a plate, let it sit for a few moments before digging in

Serve with a fresh cold IPA!
