STRIP STEAK RECIPE

WITH CHICAGO STEAK SEASONING

  1. 1 1/2"-1 3/4" thick.
     

  2. Rub Chicago Steak Seasoning onto both sides of the steak (push the seasoning down into the meat) before grilling, drizzle some olive oil over the seasoning, and allow it to sit for at least a half an hour or longer.
     

  3. Grill to your desired temp (5-6 min a side) medium rare.
     

  4. Pull the steak off the grill onto a plate and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before digging in.
     

  5. Serve with a Napa Cabernet.
