Everything But Bagel Ham & Cheese Sliders With Everything But Bagel Seasoning
These Everything But Bagel Ham & Cheese Sliders are the ultimate easy crowd-pleaser—made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory deli ham, melty mozzarella, and a buttery topping finished with our signature Everything But Bagel Seasoning. Perfect for parties, game day, or a quick and comforting dinner!

Ingredients:
12 slices deli honey or black forest ham
8 oz mozzarella or provolone cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
12 Hawaiian or sweet dinner rolls, sliced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Slice the rolls in half and place the bottoms in your prepared dish.
Add ham slices evenly over the roll bottoms, then lay the slices of mozzarella on top.
Spread mayo on the inside of the roll tops and place them over the cheese.
In a small bowl melt the butter and drizzle this over the tops of the sliders, using a pastry brush to coat evenly.
Generously sprinkle Everything But Bagel Seasoning over the tops.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, until golden and melty.
Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm!
Suggested Sides/Wine & Drink Parings:
Crispy Garlic Parmesan Fries – A salty, crispy complement to the gooey sliders.
Creamy Coleslaw – Adds a crunchy, refreshing contrast to the warm, cheesy bites.
Dill Pickle Pasta Salad – Tangy, cool, and full of flavor—perfect for balancing the richness of the sliders.
Crisp Hard Cider – Its light sweetness pairs beautifully with the savory ham and buttery rolls.
Sparkling Rosé – Bright and bubbly with enough acidity to cut through the richness of the cheese and butter.
Tips:
Don’t Skip the Foil Cover: Covering the sliders for the first part of baking helps melt the cheese evenly and keeps the tops from browning too quickly. Removing the foil for the final 10 minutes gives them that perfectly golden, slightly crisp top.
Use Softened Butter for Better Spread: If your butter is too hot and liquid, it can make the tops soggy. Let it cool slightly after melting, or use softened butter for better control when brushing it on.
Keep the Rolls Intact When Slicing: To make assembly faster and cleaner, slice the whole pack of rolls in half horizontally without separating each one individually. This makes layering ingredients easier and helps hold everything together during baking.
